Who'll Stop the Rain?
This picture is of the library in my little town. With sandbagging and prayer,only the basement and parking lot were immersed in the Rock River flooding. Many fond hours of reading took place here during my youth.

Oh what a shame that there was any flooding in the library, but I am so glad it was limited to the basement. Colleagues from my public library days had to box up their collection for safekeeping during Alicia, and it almost did them in. What a sad picture for you to see!
I hope your library survived the flood. It looks like an island. Pretty shot, but scary for any librarian.
I hope your library and your friends in town are okay. This flooding is terrible.
